JUDr. Oliver Pravda, LL.M. graduated with a doctorate in law from the Pan-European University in Bratislava. He obtained his LL.M. in international sports law from the ISDE Law Business School in Madrid and further expanded his education by studying at Cambridge University and the Hague Academy of International Law. He worked at the largest Slovak law firm and later at an international law firm in Shanghai, where he collaborated with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). He specializes primarily in commercial law, sports law, and real estate law and development, where he provides comprehensive coverage of major development projects shaping the modern face of Bratislava, as well as real estate, land, and project transfers. In the field of sports law, he represents professional athletes, including footballers and hockey players, participated in the preparation of the Sports Act, and currently serves as a judge of the ECA Sports Arbitration Court in Vienna with jurisdiction throughout Europe. He has used his experience in sports law as chairman of the Legislative Commission of the Slovak Ice Hockey Association, member of the Legislative and Legal Commission of the Slovak Olympic and Sports Committee, and is the founder and president of the Slovak Ice Hockey Players Association.

He has also served as a representative and member of the City Council in Nitra, chairman of the supervisory board of Nitrianska investičná s.r.o., and member of several city commissions. He provides legal services in Slovak and English.

Mgr. Melita Kollárová completed her master's degree at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. During her university studies, she worked as a legal assistant in a law firm, where she gained practical knowledge in the field of criminal and civil law. After completing her studies, she began working as a trainee lawyer. She provides legal services in Slovak and English.
